RoosterLend is affiliated with a direct lender. Loans are made by that affiliated direct lender, which is named in your loan agreement.
Approval and terms
Loan approval is subject to eligibility and applicable underwriting requirements. Rates, fees, loan amounts and repayment terms vary by product and applicable law. Your APR, finance charge, amount financed, total of payments and payment schedule are disclosed in your loan agreement before you accept.
Funding
Funding happens only after approval and completion of every loan origination step. Once your loan is finalized, funds may be available in 30 minutes or less.
Cost of short-term credit
Payday loans and other short-term loans are an expensive form of credit. They are intended for short-term financial needs and are not a long-term financial solution. Short-term, small-dollar credit used over a long period can be expensive.
Late payment and non-payment
If you do not repay as agreed, you may be charged fees permitted by your agreement and applicable law, and your account may be subject to collection activity.
Military borrowers
Loans are not available to members of the military.
Availability
Loans are available to eligible borrowers, subject to applicable law. Not all products or loan amounts are available to all applicants.
