Who makes RoosterLend loans?
Loans offered through RoosterLend are made by its affiliated direct lender. If you are approved and accept, your loan agreement is with that lender, and the lender's name appears in the agreement. Review it before you sign.

Loans
What types of loans does RoosterLend offer?
RoosterLend offers payday loans and installment loans. A payday loan is a short-term loan generally repaid in a single payment on the due date in your agreement. An installment loan is repaid through a series of scheduled payments over a set period. Product availability depends on eligibility and applicable law.
What is the difference between a payday loan and an installment loan?
A payday loan is generally repaid in one payment on your due date. An installment loan is repaid through several scheduled payments. Installment payments can be smaller, but a longer loan can cost more in total, so compare the total of payments.
How much can I borrow?
Loan amounts depend on the product, your eligibility and Nevada law. The amount you are approved for is shown in your loan agreement before you accept.
How long do I have to repay?
Repayment terms depend on the product. Payday loans are generally repaid in one payment on the due date in your agreement. Installment loans are repaid through scheduled payments over a set period. Your exact due dates are listed in your loan agreement.
Costs
What APR will I receive?
Your APR depends on the loan product, your application and the terms the lender can offer under applicable law. If you are approved, your APR is shown in your loan agreement before you accept, together with the finance charge, amount financed and total of payments. Review it carefully before signing.
Are there fees?
Any fees that apply to your loan are disclosed in your loan agreement before you accept it.
Why is the APR on a payday loan so high?
APR expresses the cost of a loan as a yearly rate. Because a payday loan lasts only a short time, even a modest dollar cost becomes a high rate when it is expressed on a yearly basis. The finance charge shows the cost in dollars.
Applying
Who can apply?
Borrowers who meet the lender's eligibility and underwriting requirements can apply. Specific eligibility requirements may vary by product and applicant. Loans are not available to members of the military.
What do I need to apply?
The application may ask for valid identification, contact information, proof of income, employment information, bank account information, your current address and details of your loan request.
Am I guaranteed approval?
No. Loan approval is subject to eligibility and applicable underwriting requirements, including an assessment of your ability to repay.
How quickly can I receive funds?
Funding happens only after approval and completion of every loan origination step. Once your loan is finalized, funds may be available in 30 minutes or less.
Repayment
What if I cannot make a payment?
Contact RoosterLend before your due date. Nevada law requires lenders to offer a repayment plan before starting a civil action to collect a defaulted payday or high-interest loan.
Can I cancel my loan after signing?
Nevada law gives payday loan customers a right to rescind a loan under the conditions in NRS 604A.5023. Your loan agreement explains how rescission applies to your loan.
