RoosterLend is affiliated with a direct lender. Loans are made by the lender named in your loan agreement.

Loan Agreement

Every RoosterLend loan is made under a written loan agreement. You receive yours, with your actual terms, before you accept.

Last updated:

There is no single loan agreement for every borrower. Your agreement is prepared for your specific loan if you're approved, and Nevada law requires it to be in writing and to set out the terms of the loan (NRS 604A.5012).

What your agreement includes

  • The annual percentage rate (APR), finance charge, amount financed and total of payments
  • Your payment schedule: each payment amount and due date
  • Any fees that apply and when they apply
  • What happens if a payment is late, returned or missed
  • Your options if you can't repay, including repayment plans
  • Your right to rescind, or cancel, the loan where Nevada law provides one

Before you sign

  1. Read the whole agreement, not only the payment amount.
  2. Check that the amount, due dates and total of payments match what you expect.
  3. Ask about anything you don't understand; contact RoosterLend before you sign.
  4. Keep a copy for your records.

You are not obligated to accept a loan after reviewing the agreement.
