This policy applies to Rooster Lend, doing business as RoosterLend, and to personal information collected through roosterlend.com and our loan application.

When you apply for a loan, we may collect:
- Identification details, such as your name and identification documents
- Contact details, such as your phone number, email address and home address
- Income and employment information
- Bank account information
- Details of the loan you request and your loan account
How we use it
- To verify your identity and evaluate your application, including your ability to repay
- To make, fund, service and collect your loan
- To communicate with you about your application and your account
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations
Reporting required by Nevada law
Nevada law requires the Commissioner of Financial Institutions to maintain a database of certain information about deferred deposit, title and high-interest loans (NRS 604A.303). Information about your loan may be reported to that database as the law requires.
How we protect it
Nevada law requires licensees to safeguard customer information (NRS 604A.409). We use safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use.
Your privacy notice
As a financial institution, RoosterLend provides a privacy notice under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act that explains how we share personal information and your choices. You'll receive it when you apply, and you can request a copy at any time.
